Brand: small nerf, 50 range 5 damage
Garen: Decisive Strike ratio decreased by .1, Judgment base damage nerfed and scaling buffed. Early game weaker, late game tiny bit stronger.
Mordekaiser: kinda big deal nerf, shield gain from minions reduced by half, siphon no longer gives extra shield per minion hit, his early game in lane won't be as strong. Probably die A LOT more often now. 9/0/21 Mordekaiser will have to be defensive as shit.
Orianna: 50 less range on basic attack, 100 less range on Command: Attack, mana cost increased by 10 at all levels.
Rammus: decent buff to defensive ball curl, higher AD so i suspect his jungle will be better
Shaco: boxes are no longer buggy as shit so Dan can jungle shaco and not duo mid with me when im trying to ap janna which is hard enough as it is
Shen: holy shet dood, jungle shen is back. base dmg and per level damage increased by a bit, 1 more armor (l0l), early game vorpal blade stronger naow for early jungle/game, higher ap ratios (l0l ap shen)
Singed: TROLOLOLOL "singed is op"

Sion: 40 more mana at level 1, Mana p/level increased by 15, base attack speed brought back up to .625 after it got nerfed, movement speed increased to 320 base (less kiting), more mr p/level. Diglett should totally test AD Sion to see if he is viable again.
Taric: holy shit his new ultimate looks so boss, I wouldn't be surprised to see more AP Tarics now, heck, I might even try it.

Real. The problem with AP Taric was Dazzle was pretty much useless if used at long range, but since they increased the minimum damage he might be a bit better.
