I Suggest running normal AD Carry Runes
9x Flat AD Reds
9x Flat Armor Yellows
9x MR / level Blues ( Flat MR is fine also)
3x Flat AD Quints Runes ( Can switch them out for something else based on preference)

Masteries - 21/9/0 For Aggressive Players \ 21/0/9 For Passive Players

If you are Winning your lane, Follow Same build but skip Phantom Dancer But Late game you may have to sell it for a Phantom Dancer to do more Damage LATE GAME

Lane Synergies

Taric is My Most favorite support to go with Ezreal but he is one of the strongest synergy with Ezreal. all you want in a support Heals CC Burst. When taric stuns you can easily land all your skill shots. Once you both get lvl 6 u can easily burst most supports or even ad carries you are laning against. When you go Taric YOU REALLY NEED TO PUSH YOUR EARLY GAME ADVANTAGE

Soraka is the farm lane x10 you may get kills if you can outplay your enemies. Infinite Mana and free heals. Spam them Qs and force trades ( but don't go too far and die in a soraka lane) Any trade where you don't die is worth it since soraka the moving fountain is your support.

Sona is a Solid support Usually only pick up sona if your team really needs AOE, in lane she can easily harrass with power cord and assert early dominance + zone. Once you both hit lvl 6 the kill potential is very high just like taric. Sona ult also gives you a guarantee Ult on either both or one of the targets.

Janna is very good for counter initiating and counter AOE. In lane she can shield damage + tornados and slows. Trading with janna shield is very strong and even if you don't trade the extra damage on Q is nice as well.

Alistar is usaually banned or used as jungle for now, but as a support he can still be as strong. The CC Headbutt pulv combo has so much kill potential and can be a very mean bully. The heals aren't very big but they are there. The late game tank and protection for ezreal is very big.

One of the MOST aggressive lanes for ezreal. If blitz can land a pull ezreal has enough damage to kill them. Blitz can get ezreal very fed early. Blitz has decent burst after lvl 6 and if he maxes grab. Blitz is a great lane mate unless he sucks dick at grabs

Pro Tips / Updates
-Use Mystic shot to check bushes instead of face checking.
-If you are looking to trade with enemy AD and miss W don't over commit.
-Remember you can use Mystic shot to last hit minions whether it is 2 minions low (auto attack one mystic shot other) or farming from a distance to keep safe from dying.
-Try to use your Ultimate to hit as many people as you can with your ultimate in a fight to get your attack speed steroid from passive. ( unless you like to snipe the survivors)
-When laning against a Blitzcrank, you can Arcane Shift (E) out of grab even if it hits you.
-You can Arcane Shift (E) over the thick walls in mid.
