She's still going to be an instant-buy for me if she can really do all the things that Riot's promising.

And also, the Yorick Mechanics Preview made me think he was going to be completely broken and overpowered, but so far he's proven to be average at best by late game.

Not really a rip off. Mobas are a genre now. It's following a formula and innovating. DotA was a shitty version of the currently used Mobas.
