Double stun and a root/initiate, actually.
Pretty Alistar-esque wben it comes to CC, but considerably more single target oriented.
I don't own her, so I can't say she's OP or UP, but she definitely doesn't seem weak from playing with Leonas on both teams.

Her chain CC is great and all and great intiation, problem is her longterm teamfight presence. There is none, he AA's are pitiful and her CDs are long especially her W.
Overall shes balanced, i mean really balanced with her whole moveset and her role which has been fullfilled but she doesnt seem like a tank to me. More like an intiator and sponge.

Her cooldowns aren't really that long with frozenheart + shurelia's/Blue pot. Also her auto attacks aren't pitiful if you build her like I do...

Oh her AAs are fucking shit as. I probably going to go Mallet with her. Slow people down atleast.
Even if you get those items, it really doesnt provide much unless you make them useful and if needed at all.
I mean whats the point of getting a FH when ur up against a mostly magic damage team and their DPS is going hard AD little AS and is ranged?
