In order of what i think is important:
1. Listening/communication.
2. In-Game Skill (Knowing when to go in and when to not)
3. Multitasking (Last hitting while watching the map and watching what the other team is doing)
4. Knowing how to play most or all roles (Tank, Support, Tanky DPS, AD Carry, AP Carry, Jungler, Roamer, Disablers, pushers, etc)
5. Knowing how to last hit well and when to leave it for others.
6. Knowing how to build against the other team.
7. Knowing your map (Jungle routes, jungle gank times, when buffs/dragon/baron is up)
8. Knowing your team mates play styles, and what to do if they are doing good or bad.
Edit: if you have any questions about what i mean by this just ask ill explain.(Diglett rapes enemy team)
